Jackie's Sale Rack: You never know what you need!
If it's a deal you're after, then take a good look at Jackie's Sale Rack. Just follow the 'yellow brick road' passed the front registers, through the wine room and by the Gourmet deli. If you've resisted all the temptations along the way, you sure to find something of special value on this rack of racks. The bargains are continually changing and pricing is volatile. Be sure to make this 'little secret' a regular stop on your frequent visits to Sun Singer. Come share some wine with us soon.

Sensational Saturday Tasting
Oktoberfest!
Saturday, September 19th 12noon - 4:00 p.m. Price: Complimentary Join us at Sun Singer this Saturday as we celebrate the first day of Oktoberfest with a beer tasting.
A huge misconception regarding Oktoberfest beers is that they are actually around in the month of October. While some are still left over during the month they are named after, several of the more popular ones will be long gone by the time the 10th month rolls around. The Germans start celebrating Oktoberfest in mid September, and the world's largest fair always ends on the first Sunday in October (although the last Sunday is no doubt a mega celebration). This year Oktoberfest will be celebrated from September 19th - October 4th.
Sun Singer offers complimentary tastings every Saturday afternoon between 12noon - 4:00pm. We invite you to join us each and every Saturday afternoon as we explore the many pleasures of the palate!
Click here for a complete list of Saturday's tasting.

P.S. We offer a great lunch in our Wine Bar Cafe. Stop by for the fun, stop by to refresh and refuel. Join us for 'Lunch and a Taste' every Saturday at Sun Singer.

Fall Has Flavor: How Sweet It Is!
We've got our Fall supply of Pumpkin Crunch and Pumpkin Pretzels from The South Bend Chocolate Company. Pumpkin Crunch is an unforgettable blend of carmel corn, chocolate, almonds, pumpkin and cinnamon. Pumpkin Pretzels are mini pretzels covered in pumpkin spiced chocolate and stripped in white chocolate. A perfect combination of salty and sweet.
This year Jackie has found something new to satisfy your sweet tooth. Angelic Gourmet is a women owned and operated cottage industry nestled in the picturesque foothills of the Naples Valley in Upstate New York. For 14 years they have been specializing in fresh and fun handmade confections. The signature item of the company is the Decadent DippersŪ, two pretzels joined together as one, dipped in fanciful chocolates and lavishly topped with mounds of fresh fruit, nuts, toffee's, etc. Each is individually wrapped with a hang tag and satin ribbon. Truly a 'one of a kind' item upon it's debut in the fall of 1995, it has since become a cherished and sought after specialty confection.
Decadent Dippers 'Mega Mudslide' Dark chocolate and colorful M & M's combine for "mega" flavor. A great party treat!

Concentrated
Fine wines, whether they are light-, medium-, or full-bodied, should have concentrated flavors. Concentrated denotes that the wine has a depth and richness of fruit that gives it appeal and interest. Deep is a synonym for concentrated.

Have a WaterMark Day!
Napa Valley, California
You see it here first. This is a winery that I have been trying to bring in to the state for two years now. Finally we have their wines in stock.
Watermark is a small boutique winery run by long time Napa Vintner Phil Steinschriber focusing entirely on Cabernet Sauvignon. Phil makes a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon as well as a Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Their wines have good acidity and backbone structure and will age nicely for a number of years. Their first vintage was in 2004 and production is tiny at merely several hundred cases of each wine. The Watermark wines are layered and complex and need we mention available at much less the cost then the Diamond Creek Vineyard wines. Phil's wines are all hand produced. Now these are a pair of wines worth getting your hands on!
