Well Moon Beam, it didn't even take you twenty four hours to veto the proposed 2012 California State budget .  I know you are disappointed about the Democrat Senate rejecting your plan for extending $12.5 billion in current state taxes, but your Democrat Senate did pass  the largest increase in local taxing authority in California history known as Senate Bill 23 1X, approved on party-line vote with Democrats voting aye, would give county supervisors and school officials the ability to ask voters to increase taxes on a variety of goods and services - including income, sales, alcohol, cigarettes, medicinal marijuana and oil - to fund local services.  You've kept your word with the Voters of California to require a 2/3% majority plus one to approve ALL new taxes or tax increases statewide.  My CA Bill of Rights Initiative only requires a 50% plus one voter approval to repeal ALL real estate and energy related taxes in California!  My initiative will empower Californians to balance their family budgets and determine how much of their limited family income they want to invest in local and state government services. It's time to get off the People's back in California and it's time to streamline state and local government by privatizing the majority of public services.
