With the passage of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, Pantheism became the official national religion of the United State and California's official state religion in 1970 with it's passage of the California Environment Bill of Rights aka ( CEQA) . Giving equal human rights to Nature establishes Pantheism as not only a national religion, but potentially the world religion. The United States Constitution forbids the establishment of any national religion in the Establishment Clause found in the First Amendment. Pantheists believe that nature is god, and that there is no Creator, no Jehovah, no Allah, and no other Deity with person hood. Any religion or belief system that centers on a Divine Being exists in opposition to Pantheism. These religions teach that their Deity created nature and nature is therefore subject to that creator. In most world religions the laws of nature were established by a Creator who is perfectly capable of seeing to the health and well-being of that Creation.
The Pantheistic Priesthood Has Becomes the Supreme Judiciary
Nature cannot speak in human language or argue on its own behalf - at least that's has been the basis for moving to grant equal status here in California. Therefore some human or group of humans must assume the authority to speak for Nature, once legally established as the one and only God. Who will speak for Mother Nature? Van Jones, Mary Nichols,the EPA, U.S. Corps. of Engineers, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, CA Fish & Game, CARB . Local, state and federal government administrative agencies have become the High Priest authority on behalf of Mother Nature. Our public servants have become our Pantheistic Ruling Class.
Just how would that improve Nature's circumstances today? As soon as equal rights for the Delta smelt or red legged frogs were proclaimed by the Pantheist ruling class, we went right back to humans arguing over what to do with, or for, Nature. Californians are being denied their Human Rights to access water resources. Nature Rights have been elevated above our Human Rights in California. Whoever sits in the seat reserved for Nature at the bargaining table will be a priest arguing for his or her own purpose or Pantheism religion.
But, if Nature is the only legal god, the individual who becomes the High Priest and central prophet becomes god's voice on earth. If you think any Pope ever had power, it will pale when compared to the High Priest of the only legal worldwide religion.
The Global High Priest of Pantheism will have ultimate statutory authority over everything and everyone on the earth. Those countries or individuals who refuse to accept Nature as the only god will suffer for their disobedience and heresy.
The end game of Van Jones, Mary Nichols, the Bolivian government, and any other nation, group, or person who seek to grant equal rights to Mother Nature is access to that seat of power as a legal representative for Nature's interests. (Read more "Simple Truth...Simple Faith" at Lynn Baber.net )
