Dear Governor Moon Beam,
The infamous High Priestess Lenore Roberts of the Coastal Open Space Alliance (COSA) cult and gadfly mouth piece representing the Committee for Green Foothills has filed a lawsuit against the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors for unanimously approving the "greenest" development project in Northern California's history known as the Big Wave Project. The California Environmental Bill of Rights (CEQA) has been transformed by extreme radical activists into California's official State religion elevating Mother Nature above our Human Rights.
Last year Congressman Devin Nunes described how radical environmentalist cults like COSA and liberal Democrat political hacks have used the CA Environmental Bill of Rights and Endangered Species Act to destroy our California economy and every Californians vested interest in seeing that their children have the opportunity to get good jobs and achieve at least the same standard of living we have today. That means we have to balance care for our environment and economy with care for our families future. The non-profit Big Wave Project is California's poster project for green sustainable development. The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors approval of Big Wave was in the best interest of ALL residents of the county. Even though the County is confronted with mounting fiscal challenges, they have shown the Bay Area by their leadership that they really do "get it" when it comes to crafting sustainable development strategies. Our Supervisors deserve our continue support in restoring our Golden State legacy.
Do you believe our federal and state governments have the authority to grant human rights for Mother Nature?
