Your Anti-Choice Tax Initiative has no hope of approval by California's Peasant Class.  As a native son , Oscar Knows that the voters of this great state will only support my CA Pro-Choice Initiative.  Here are the top 10 benefits of my CA Pro Choice Initiative aka CA Bill of Rights Initiative: 

1. Constitutional Unalienable Rights to Life, Liberty and Habitat For Humanity from conception to natural death.
2.  Constitutional Right to build, buy, live and work anywhere in any habitat you can afford in California.
3. Constitutional Right to work anywhere you like and not join a union.
4. Californians individual water rights will supercede ALL other species water and habitat rights.
5. No taxes or fees on habitat for humanity or energy generating natural resources!
6. Californians may own, drive any size car that they can afford and drive as many miles a year they desire.
7. Local government privatization will provide California communities with all the services they can afford.
8. Privacy from all levels of government.
9. FREE Universal Heal Thy Self Care.
10. Californians will have the unalienable right to "nullify" non-Constitutional laws. 

So there you have it MB.  The political legacies from your first two terms as governor are going to do onto your current despotic regime as it did to General Santa Anna  in 1846. In this Life, Change is inevitable...Survival is not
