Happy Saint Patrick's Day Season from The Center for Irish Music!
 |
| Dear CIM students and supporters,   Thank you to all of you who came out to the All-Staff All-Star fundraiser concert on Friday February 26th.  The event was a great success and we are thrilled to announce that we raised over four thousand dollars, twice as much as we did at last year's event.  These funds will help the Center for Irish Music grow and develop its programming and administration in 2010-2011.
A particular thank you goes out to the instructors for their music, to the board for their expertise and hard work, to the sound crew and to those who generously donated their time and items for the silent auction.

In other news, the Spring Catalog will be out in the next couple of days and registration opens on March 9.  Take a look at the catalog to see what exciting classes we are offering this term.  Spring term is 12 weeks starting the week after Saint Patrick's Day (March 22) and going until June 11.  There are no classes on Memorial Day, Monday May 31st.

Reminder:  There are no classes during Saint Patrick's Day week (March 15-21), but don't worry, you won't be starved for music!  CIM students will be performing at the Tea Room at the Landmark Center twice that week and there are many more amazing shows and excuses for celebrating St. Patrick's Day all week.  Some of them are listed below.

One last item - Come support the CIM ensembles!
The following performances will take place in the tea room at the Landmark Center
 Student ensemble - March 14 11:15-12:00
 Adult ensemble - March 17 10:15-11:00

 See you there!
 Chad, Cormac and Norah
