The end of a thing is better than the beginning.

Greetings!

"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow." Mary Ann Radmacher

I find it hard to believe
Batch 25 raftingthat we have, with Batch 25, completed the team building exercise for DPDHL's ITS Cyberjaya. It has been a tremendously enjoyable and satisfying experience. Indeed, being able to see people starting to form great relationships and knowing that you have sowed seeds of positive transformation into their lives brings a delightful sense of fulfillment! It would be even better if we were given the privilege of partnering with ITS to sustain this cultural transformation, and grow together with them to the next level and beyond. Whatever may come tomorrow, we will always have the satisfaction of knowing that we have done our best for those that came through our program.

The title of this update is "The end of a thing is better than the beginning". The birth of a baby is always an occasion for great joy and hope. We anticipate a bright future for the new life, and we do our best to make it a reality. Through life, with all its ups and downs, we support the new life as it strives for significance as much as we can. At the end of our own, we aspire to be able to say "It is a good day to die!", knowing that our lives have been significant, and that we have nurtured new lives towards similar noble goals.

Is your life significant? If you become disappointed at any period of your life, do you, as Mary Ann Radmacher says, determine to try again tomorrow, reframing, refocusing and flexing as you reach for your goals? Have you pointed the way to significance for those around you, your staff, your employees, your stakeholders? What will you commit to in order that this may be accomplished? Do more than ponder - act upon it!

Go well!

Joseph on safety boatJoseph Chan is an associate trainer with Fish Camp Sdn Bhd. I have worked with him for many batches of team building for ITS Cyberjaya, and it has always been my pleasure doing so.
Joseph has been the photographer for most of the batches, and he has become really good at taking great pictures, so good that I think he should start charging for them! Connect with Joseph on Facebook!
