Grade Reporting Notice to Renew

Grade Reporting Site Renewal Information

If you received an email (sample below) from Home School Reporting Online (HSRO) company this is a normal email prompting you to renew your account with them. Here is some more information to help you. If you have difficulty renewing with HSRO please email them at this address. Thank you.

IMPORTANT:

You do NOT have to renew with HSRO right now, or by Aug. 15th, in order re-enroll with HomeLife Academy. The systems are separate. In the past it was not clear that our systems and companies are different. The separation of our fees are preparation for HLA to build it's own grade reporting system (more information on this in a couple of weeks), giving parents another OPTION for grade reporting. HLA's grade reporting system will be included with our fees.
All your grades in HSRO are secure and backed up according to industry standards. Furthermore, those grades belong to you, the parent. It is NOT necessary for you to make back up copies of your grades due to the security which HSRO uses. However, HSRO does recommend printing copies for your records.

DISCOUNT CODE:

To renew with HSRO the discount code is "hlamember." Enter this code while renewing with them and it will only be $10.

Jan. 15th and June 15th are HLA's Grade Reporting target dates. They are ONLY Target dates. Should you wish to report at the end of the year that is fine. However, keep in mind if you are requesting a transcript it is best to have the most recent semester grades entered.

A discount code will be emailed to you in your HomeLife Academy Confirmation of Enrollment. You will need to enter this code when you enroll with HSRO. This change took place on 9/24/2010."
