As the Human Resources Vice President, you will report directly to our President, manage an HR Administrator, and be responsible for the HR needs of more than 50 full-time employees and nearly 1,000 independent contractors. During your first 90 days, you will begin to earn the trust and respect of all staff to enhance credibility of the HR role.
