Compensation Manager: Reports to Senior Manager, Compensation, Benefits and HRIS, and is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies, procedures, in order to be responsive to the organization's goals and competitive practices. Assures thorough audits, reports, and personal contact that Pew's compensation programs comply with internal policies and external regulations. Responsible for all programs in US LookChartand international offices. Will have significant responsibility for building out appropriate policies and processes related to this function with a focus on providing tools and processes to help educate Pew's supervisors and managers. In addition, the incumbent will help develop staff performance and retention tools with the Manager, Employee Relations, and will be a key partner to the entire HR team and internal clients. Compensation Analyst: Reports to Manager, Compensation, and administers new and revised compensation programs, policies, procedures, in order to be responsive to the organization's goals and competitive practices. This position provides the required analysis needed to ensure that Pew's compensation programs are consistently comply with all internal policies and external regulations. The Compensation Analyst supports all programs in both US and international offices.  Under the direction of the Manager, Compensation, the Analyst will help develop appropriate policies and processes related to this function with a focus on providing tools and processes to help educate Pew's supervisors and managers. P/T Payroll/Benefits Administrator, CCPace, Fairfax VA 

2PeopleDeskResponsible for payroll administration: prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for 60-70 employees using ADP; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct special payroll deductions; transmit 401(k) contributions, health insurance billing reconciliation, etc.

Responsible for benefits administration: COBRA, FSA, FMLA, optional life and other general benefits, and pay-related matters including enrollment changes, carrier updates, payroll changes, purchase orders for insurance and benefit provider invoices, filing and other miscellaneous administrative matters.

Be the administrative regional liaison, primarily focusing on secretarial resources, practice management, information services, finance, and litigation support. As the HR Generalist you will assist HR Management in all aspects of: recruitment and retention, applicant data tracking, policy design and administration, communications and training, employee conflict resolution, operational compensation, short-term disability and FMLA cases, and general inquiries.
