P/T Payroll/Benefits Administrator, CCPace, Fairfax VA
Responsible for payroll administration: prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for 60-70 employees using ADP; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct special payroll deductions; transmit 401(k) contributions, health insurance billing reconciliation, etc.
Responsible for benefits administration: COBRA, FSA, FMLA, optional life and other general benefits, and pay-related matters including enrollment changes, carrier updates, payroll changes, purchase orders for insurance and benefit provider invoices, filing and other miscellaneous administrative matters.
