RSL Amicus Horizon Mobilises Inspection Teams with 1st Touch, to improve service levels

Amicus Horizon, a Registered Social Landlord with a stock of over 28,000 properties, has chosen to mobilise up to 150 inspection surveyors and housing officers with 1st Touch mobile workforce software.  The teams involved will be pre and post inspections, stock condition surveyors, estate management, the tenancy services department, gas and electric inspectors and the CASA Supporting People operation.

1st Touch was chosen by Amicus Horizon as the company offers a wide range of modules with proven efficiency and productivity benefits which could readily be seen in action across numerous other social housing organisations.

In addition, key integrations that Amicus Horizon required had already been developed by 1st Touch, including one for Amicus Horizon's back-office - Orchard housing management system.

Robert Dent, CEO of 1st Touch comments

"The swift collection and processing of information enables Amicus Horizon to raise their already enviable service levels even further, which is great news for their tenants"
