1st Touch launches User Group to kick off the New Year
Following increasing customer interest in the formation of a user group, 1st Touch is delighted to announce the inaugural meeting for the New Year, on 14th January.

Robert Dent, 1st Touch CEO, says
"Following another successful year for 1st Touch when we have helped customers cut costs and improve services, we are looking forward to providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and information amongst our users.
We are particularly pleased to announce that Louise Muirhead, of Wakefield District Housing, has volunteered to be the first chairperson of this new group and has kindly arranged facilities for the meeting to be held at Wakefield's main offices."

Louise Muirhead, Senior Business Analyst at Wakefield says
"Many organizations have become 1st Touch users by networking with similar organizations; discussing their specific needs for mobile technology in areas like responsive repairs, surveying and inspection.
With so many 1st Touch users now exploiting the benefits of the technology, it made sense to focus some of this energy on a structured format that allows them to talk freely about their experiences and to share information. I am delighted to be Chairing the group and look forward to the inaugural meeting.
