Manley and Associates does food safety and food service management certifiation training worldwide.  While our audience is heavily military, the same programs work in the same manner for civilians, we just have a niche market with military contacts.  All of our classes result in a professional certification.  Food safety, HACCP, Culinary, Wine and Beverage Management, Serving Alchohol Responsibly, Customer Service and Nutrition courses are either available or will be soon.
