Our first Life Appetizer (TM) class is scheduled for this Wednesday night at 6:00 PM at our Community Hub located next to Brett's Barbeque. Licensed Broker Associate, Ray Shay of REMAX and Chad Baker from Prime Lending will be talking about the short sale process, imminent short sales, and how the upcoming scheduled expiration of legislation may impact people who short sale their home after January 1, 2013.
