Greetings!
School is back in session soon, so watch for those children waiting at the school bus stops. Also, just a reminder that the construction at Colerain and Gross Roads will make early morning and mid afternoon traffic even more congested. Try to take a different route when dropping off or picking up your children at school, and remind your young drivers too. If a different route is not an alternative, leave earlier and BE CAREFUL! Congratulations to Satilla Temps the AUGUST Chick-fil-A Business of the Month. Sincerely, Chris, Christi & Julie

St. Marys Kiwanis Club Honored O.J. Lanham
Hixson Award, the Highest Award Presented to a Member
It was a momentous occasion that will last forever. O.J. Lanham was presented with the highest tribute a Kiwanian can receive, she was awarded the Hixson Award. Chuck placed the medallion on OJ's neck and the club members had the opportunity to say "Thank you," and "We Love You." The community is a better place because OJ is in it. She is selfless. It is not something you learn, it is something you are born with -- a giving spirit and the desire to help others. Thank you OJ, for all the years of giving to this community. |
