We welcome all of our new friends from the CCCA convention and appreciate your prayers! Detailed praises and requests are below.  We thank God for each of you. May you have a restful season celebrating Christ's birth!

* Praise God He is putting the pieces together for January 23rd!   Please pray for:
 
**the speaker to be confirmed ASAP!  We should know today. We have many, but availability a challenge.
 **for our administration team to find those people who would benefit from attending, but not able to pay
**soft hearts for those who will attend
**provision in all areas
**for our service team to continue to form and grow in unity
**for God to direct us as we pursue His heart for this ministry
 
*We emailed and mailed a prayer/donation support letter (see below to read). Please pray that God would provide financially for this retreat through those who have a passion for helping families become strong in the Lord. 
 
Our intercessory prayer team for the 23rd will meet Jan. 5, 12 and 19th.  Please join us on those Tuesdays in our home from 6-7pm or pray when God prompts you!

As we continue to search God's will for Legacy Lodge, we are encouraged by those who felt God working in their hearts that retreat day. We celebrate God's faithfulness in guiding us with every step, pursuing God where He is working and where there is a need.

Legacy Lodge seeks to encourage and strengthen families and relationships through special events purposefully tailored to facilitate connection and a deepening bond with God and others. Our future vision embraces a safe, inviting multi-purpose lodge that will allow for more amenities for families fostering unity and transformation, empowering them to return to their homes invigorated and renewed.

In this economy, many families are struggling financially.  Yet, we have seen incredible answers to prayer as those who have lost in worldly means, gained much more in an intimate relationship with Christ-surrender, dependency and authenticity with the Lord!  One of the basic tenets of Legacy Lodge is to not turn anyone away because of lack of funds.  For this reason, Legacy Lodge offers scholarships in addition to affordable prices for our retreats.

We know donating is a step of faith in trusting an organization will be good stewards of your gift.  Legacy Lodge has implemented an accountability process for all fiscal transactions.  If God leads you to sponsor families or our future vision, please donate with a credit card online or send your tax-deductible donation payable to "Legacy Lodge" in the enclosed envelope.  Your contribution will go towards our next Biblically-based, family-strengthening retreat on January 23, 2010 addressing financial, communicative, and restorative principles in Christ.
