LIVING, LOVING, LAUGHING
I have come so you may have life and have it abundantly.
Lighten UP! This is your time to start living in the fullness of life that is always available in the present moment. And it is an inside job! You must be willing to release all resentments, judgments, old hurts and pains and be fully available for life. That means you must come to a place of fully accepting yourself and everything that has brought you to this present moment.
You are here to become a lover of life. Let your heart open wide to allow love to guide you every moment of your life. No one or no thing is ever against you. Everybody is doing the best they can from their points of view. Either we are acting out of love or out of fear. Even when someone lashes out at you, it is not personal!
Laugh a little! Enjoy the healing effects of laughter. When you notice you are tense, stressed, thinking too much, stop and take a couple of deep breaths, smile, bring your attention to your heart and remember to open the heart. With your heart wide open, fully present in the moment, you are fully available to the wonders of life!
Let this summer be the summer of your life! Lighten up by effortlessly being available to the present moment with an open heart. Begin your day with prayer, taking time to rest in the Silence. Take breaks during the day and rest in the love that is in your heart.

Do you know Carol Troendle?
Carol has been serving at Unity on the Bay for many years and has done so in a variety of ways including in her current role as the Treasurer of our Board of Trustees. Through her service within the Board, Carol has held many positions within committees including the Finance Committee and the By-Laws Committee. She has not only served with an open heart but also opened her home to a variety of special activities such as Ministry Retreats and Strategic Visioning. As a member of the An Adventure in Faith Team, Carol has spearheaded the 12 Hours Transformational Journey for many years and brought her experience and love to support AIF in multiple ways. She is a Prayer Emissary Emeritus, facilitator for the Oneness Blessing and so much more. For this and more, Carol Troendle is our Sacred Server of the Month.
