Everything you need to know in 1 class! Great review for 2nd timers or for planned cesarean section parents. Includes Baby Basics & Introduction to Car Seat Safety.
Location: One weekend a month class is at Boca Raton Community Hospital's auditorium in the education building opposite the maternity entrance (800 Meadows Road, Boca Raton, FL 33486). Single day class is at Women's Healthcare Associates ( 6853 SW 18th Street, Suite 301, Boca Raton, FL 33433).
Bring: Water to drink, healthy snacks, sweater/sweat shirt. Wear comfortable clothes so may try to sit on birthing balls. A 45-minute break is given for you to go out and get lunch. For details and to register you must call Diane @561.302.1919

I am very pleased to announce my new "friendship" with the mega baby store BABY LOVE! I will now begin offering Infant CPR classes in their store in March and beginning in April I will offer my one-day PCT Childbirth Workshop! So, if you or any of your friends/co-workers don't want to travel up here to class, they can now catch me at BABY LOVE! What a great idea! They can even go shopping after class! And finally...happy St. Patrick's Day to all! March 17th! I am planning on celebrating from ~6pm-8pm at my favorite Irish Pub---SLAINTE in the Renaissance Commons at the corner of Gateway and Congress (1500 Gateway Boulevard, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 561.742.4190). Don't know whether to stick to the diet and get the Citrus Soy Glazed Salmon or cheat and try the Reubenskins or Irish Whiskey Ribs! If you go, ask for my friends, owners Tami an d Greg! Tell them Nurse Diane sent you! PS...rumor has it I may even bring some IRISH Secret Banana Bread! (But you better hurry...supplies will be limited and some of us know how fast it will go!)

New! MAN 2 MAN thoughts
Helpful Hints from One Dad-to-Be or New Dad to Another
So many of you guys say "tell your dads to do this or not to do this. Tell them to bring this or don't say this" in labor!!!
So...for those men who wish to share your wisdom with others or for those men who wish to learn from other men's experiences...here we go! (PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME WITH YOUR Man 2 Man thoughts)
THANK YOU to the Men who have already sent me and are willing to share their thoughts and experiences with you!
- Never, EVER eat the last of the ice cream.
- Do not acknowledge any comments about clothes not fitting or how big she thinks she is.
- Practice this: "Honey there is more of you to love."
- DO NOT refer to your lady as the "Official Designated Driver".
- Remember, that due to her size, IF you happen to say something wrong (and you will), you can outrun her.
- After the first months of pregnancy (when morning sickness is over), you will wonder some days who is this sex-addicted person you are with.
- Breasts will grow larger and larger...
- Remember that she is the mother of your child and that she is the one "doing" the work to make it happen.

Since 1989, Diane has been a Registered Nurse specializing in assisting women through childbirth. In 2003, she began her own company. As a Personal Childbirth Trainer, she has enjoyed guiding couples through the birth process 203 times! In addition, she has helped 4 other nurses start their own businesses teaching the PCT Childbirth Workshop in Washington, D.C. and Florida!
When she isn't working (when is this???) she can usually be found spinning at a gym or sipping green iced-tea at Starbucks!
