In anticipation of the big game, here's an easy recipe for guacamole, one of my favorite dips for chips and veggies.  You'll also find step-by-step guides to prepping avocados, juicing citrus, and chopping tomatoes, onions, and garlic, plus tips like how to choose a perfect avocado.

P.S.  Buy your Super Bowl avocados as soon as you can.  This way, if the avocados in the store happen to be hard, they'll have enough time to ripen.  (And, here's a tip for speed-ripening your avocados.)
