Tip of the Week:  Create Your Day (Part 3): Action


 

Hi,

 

You are incredibly powerful.  Your intentions, thoughts, and emotions, paired with your spiritual connection, are the building blocks of the Universe.  But the Universe needs our movement, our action, and our physical energy in order to work in our favor.  When I was a child, I would often hear my mother say, "Dios dice 'Ayudate, que Yo te ayudare'", which means "God says 'Help yourself and I will move Heaven and Earth to help you'".

 

In the previous weeks, we've looked at INTENTION and EMOTION in our discussion of how to CREATE YOUR DAY.  This week we will focus on the last aspect of this three-part series, ACTION.

CREATE YOUR DAY (PART 3): ACTION   

 

Many years ago, I remember reading the book "30-Day Mental Diet", by Willis Kinnear.  The book was a thirty-day program of daily metaphysical principles and affirmations.  I remember liking the book, however, there is only one idea that I clearly remember to this day: "do what is in front of you to do".

 

The power of our clear intention begins the process of manifesting the reality we wish to attract.  Our emotions magnetize our mental images and bring to us situations that are in alignment with our emotional vibration.  Once we press the imaginary "send" button and broadcast to the Universe the images and emotions we wish to attract, then what?

 

Just as the Universe abhors a vacuum, it also abhors inertia.  In order for things to work in our favor, we must take determined and consistent action, regardless of how small or insignificant they may seem.  Preferably, we should take action in the same area or endeavor that we are intending to attract.  However, if this is not possible, any action will do:  cleaning out closets, doing laundry, organizing drawers, whatever is in front of you to do at this moment.  The more action we take, the more the Universe conspires in our favor. 

 

CALL TO ACTION

 

1.  Once you have set a clear, sensory-rich intention of what it is you want to experience in your day, infuse this image with as much positive emotion as you can muster.  Access feelings of joy, happiness, and love as you "hold" the image of the day in your mind.

 

2.  Pair the positive emotions with the image of the day you want to experience.  See it, hear it, smell it, touch it, and feel it.  Feel the positive emotions of standing in this image.

 

3.  "Kiss" this image and send it outwards with love unto the Universe.

 

4.  Take action.  Do what is in front of you to do, trusting that the Universe is conspiring to bring into your reality that which you have intended.
