Just In Time Prayer
Volume 4 - October, 2010
Greetings!

Stop Praying...not completely though.  In our Prayer Partner Newsletter of August, 2010, I requested prayer for two special programs we were working on.  Since both have been cancelled, you're now free to redirect your prayers to other issues.

Our 100 day blogging project, scheduled to begin September 16th, never got started, and I apologize for not telling you sooner.
Your commitment to take our needs to the Father deserves better than that.  I hope you'll forgive me.  The project is still something we're considering, but more prep work is needed before we launch.  I'll let you know when we restart that initiative.

We also were planning an evangelistic outreach for two of the participants at our Summer School of Evangelism.  I became convinced through prayer that the idea had a major 'flaw', and it has been shelved.  Please pray that the participants will take the news well.  This is a very recent decision and I haven't spoken to them individually yet.  Instead I wanted to make sure I didn't put off telling our prayer partners as I did for the blogging project.

As mentioned in our August newsletter, we are initiating the process of raising support for the ministry.  That is a continued area for prayer, as we try and determine how to go about the process, and look for God's response to our efforts.  Also, we need to make a decision soon about an online resource we're using.

We started using Meetup, one of the newer social networking sites, to facilitate involving local Christians with Share the Savior.  The next payment ($19/mo, less if paid quarterly or semi-annually) is due the first week in December and is not currently in our budget.  Please ask God to help us know if this is a tool we should continue to use, and if so, to provide the necessary funding.

I'll be working on the next Prayer Partner Newsletter soon, and then maybe you'll have even more things to speak with the Father about on our behalf.  My continued thanks for your willingness to seek God's will and way for us!

Sincerely in Christ,
Scott
