The Gates open at 9:00am on both Saturday and
Sunday.  Plenty of easy close to the gates parking.
  Attendees will enjoy  top notch piping & drumming,
Scottish Dancing, Scottish athletics, gathering of the
clans and much more great Family Fun!

  This year come witness the most pipe bands in
Festival history! 23 bands will be competing and performing, including 6 bands from Canada!

 The pipe band contest consists of pipe bands in one of
four grades, grade 1, the most experienced grade,
through grade 4, the least experienced. In the medley,
each band can play what type of tunes they like, from
marches, reels and hornpipes, to slow airs and retreats
to display not only their technical skill, but artistic skill
as well. The band's performance is judged by three
separate judges, a piping judge, a drumming judge
and an ensemble judge.

  A full range of Officially Sanctioned Scottish Athletic 
Competitions will be held throughout both days.
Some of the best athletes in the world will be on hand
to demonstrate and compete in some of the most
exciting feats of skill, physical stamina and prowess
known to man. All classes of the Caber Toss,
Hammer Throw and Putting the Stone (Stone Throw)
will be presented.

    Check out your genealogy.  See the  great selection
of unique goods such as swords and leather items and
imports from your favorite vendors. 
Anne and the great crew from the Irish Import Shop
in Hollywood will be there. The Irish Import Shop has
a tremendous selection of Imported British and Irish
Food, Gifts, Celtic jewelry and Irish Imports that you
simply can not find at any other store or booth in
Southern California.
Our great friends Andy and Ann Scott of
Tea and Sympathy Books will also be on hand. 
You can find rare books and unique gift items at this
booth. Dave McNabb of Clan McNabb will be there at
the booth assisting the good folks of Tea & Sympathy.
McNabb wil have a supply of homemade shortbread
for sale; always a treat and always the best find at
any Fair anywhere!
  Authentic Scottish food and libations  will also be
served throughout the grounds.
