First Feature:
Share Your Christmas Spirit
with the Children of the Incarcerated
The Annual "Friends Outside" when AOH Volunteers help the
Saint Vincent de Paul Society IS SET FOR DECEMBER 19.
Each year a Christmas Party for the Children of the incarcerated is
hosted by St. Vincent de Paul staff. Children of the incarcerated are
treated kindly to gifts and Christmas good cheer with the support of the
public and members of the AOH in Orange County.
For the past few years AOH volunteers have taken the time, effort and
Christmas Spirit to make a Happy Holiday for these needy children,
who have one or sometimes both of their parents in jail or prison. This years' event will take place on Saturday, December 19th at the Phoenix Club, 1340 South Sanderson Avenue, Anaheim, California.
Lunch will be served to approximately 1000 children with the food
being provided by Frank Garcia of Casa Garcia Restaurant in
Anaheim. The United States Marines will supply a nice toy for each
child through their Toys for Tots Program. Santa Claus will also be there
to present the Christmas gifts to these deserving children. AOH MEMBERS AND FRIENDS AT THE 2008 CHRISTMAS EVENT

Volunteers are also needed as early as 8:30 AM to help set up booths

Toys For Tots collection points throughout Orange County.

RAY BRADBURY'S MERRY CHRISTMAS 2116

For several years now, the Fremont Centre Theatre has played
host to a special Christmas show from Ray Bradbury. This year
is a special treat for Bradbury fans: an advance look at his
