Greetings!
This month's article will address some of my observations working with some of our nation's largest organizations. I hope you find the articles and tips of interest. I trust everyone had a great 1st quarter close. April is a big month with many significant event such as: this weekend's NCAA Men's and Women's Final Four basketball tournament, Major League Baseball opener; next weekend's Masters Golf Tournament, the Boston Marathon the following weekend (actually that Monday) and Easter weekend on April 24th. Wow, what a month! And, if that is not enough, I am sure they will be yard work activities (assuming it STOPS SNOWING)! Have a great April with your families. Until next month, may all of your programs and projects be successful. Ira M. Hendon, MBA, PMP® President and CEO Hendon Group, Inc.

Tip of the Month - email ettiquette - How to save time This month's tip is on email etiquette. Email subject lines should accurately reflect the subject of the email. In addition, email should not be used as a substitute for picking up the phone. If they do not, you are probably wasting others time. Learn more

Are you a candidate for the "Golden Turtle" award? Program communications
One area where I believe all of us are getting a little lazy is returning phone calls and emails. I have seen an increasing number of individuals, within large organizations, who do not return phone calls or emails unless, of course, they want something from you. This is a very bad trend overtaking our country. Learn more Top of Newsletter |
