Greetings!
I've been feeling my B (elieve) this week. For a Dancing B*a*g Lady this is equivalent to imagining herself on "Solid Gold" and "American Band Stand" all in one week. Maybe I could imagine dancing off those extra 20 lbs. "Oh my gosh, I am out of breath and loving every minute of it". That 20 lb weight loss thing will need a little (lot) of A (ction) attached to it. Hey I never said this B*a*g thing was going to be easy, but OH Yes it is SOOO worth it.
Some weeks are full of B (elieve), some A (ction) some G (o), and some a weird combination of them all.
My B (elieve) this week was a picture and vision of the future. It was an evolutionary process of dreaming and considering the wonderful possibilities of all the wonderful gifts to be sought and realized.
Give yourself permission to feel what it will be like when you realize your dreams. That feeling is what can and will chase away the shadows of doubt. I acknowledge that doubt will come a knocking and it will come in many forms. People, negative words, lost opportunities.
Let your B (elieve) shine light on those shadows of doubt. Look it straight in the eyes and say, "Oh hi doubt. Nice to see you again. Thank you for today's lesson and little test, but I will see you later because I've got some A (ction) to get done. Gotta G (o).
On April 22nd some local B*a*g Ladies will be promoting their A (ction) Projects at the local women's expo. This week I am highlighting their work and I hope it encourages you to chase your shadows of doubt long enough to B (elieve) in yourself and G (o) to your dreams. |

Action Assignment for B*a*g Ladies

What: Project Traveling Sanctuary Event.
Where: Various Merchants in Lake City
MN
Date: Saturday May 23rd
Time: TBD
Cost: $25
This event benefits women and children living at a Southeast Minnesota women's Shelter. Helping them find their enchantment, their heart and their way back home with the boost of a simple and heartfelt, handmade gift.
This event involves creating (with the assistance of talented women), shopping, eating, giving and sharing.
A handmade pillowcase, card and personal note of inspiration. Simple, Heartfelt. Uplifting.
More details to follow as the final details are finalized. There is also an opportutnity for non Lake City orginzations to participate, share their services and lend assistance to the project. Just give me a call 612/221-5209 or email kimlampe@travelingsanctuary.com.

Universal Discovery Action leads to More Action for Fellow B*a*g Lady |
|
The Universal Playground has been a huge blessing to the Red Wing Community and the blessings continue to flow to finalize the orginal vision, which was to include a Discovery Garden as part of the playground.
Audra and Heather supplied the original fuel for this project. They sparked the fuel within others and were instrumental in seeing this project through.
Audra is joining Modern B*a*g Ladies' booth at the upcoming Women's Expo to share her Action Project, Discovery Garden.
Flowers, butterflies, fragrance, beautiful colors of nature. What a nice touch to add to the fast pace energy of children playing on the towering assembly of metal and plastic. Oh Yes! YING - YANG. |

The Spa Going B*a*g Lady is Hitting the Road Running

Walking, Talking, Laughing, Listening, Crying our way to our dreams. Its all part of the evolutionary process. Karla and I have spent countless hours in the past 2 years sharing our hopes, dreams, struggles and triumphs.
Now Karla, is hitting the road running with a new business, using her strengths to help others be successful in a way that speaks to her passion for self care, health and wellness.
As an Arbonne Consultant Karla is incorporating charitable giving to her plan and will be providing proceeds from certain products to the Vision Project which will benefit young women "at risk".
Specifically her goal is to be able to commission the crafting of one hope chest for a bedroom of a girl living at the Myriam Home of the Vista Maria. Vista Maria assists with healing girls from abuse, preparing them to feel worthy of the gifts the world has to offer.
This is the Action Project Karla will be sharing at the Women's Expo, along with launching her new business. How exciting!
