Public involvement is a required element of effective and efficient transportation planning. FMATS strives to go above and beyond compliance by providing a quarterly educational E-news publication which contains meeting announcements, plan development updates, community resources and progressive initiative information. The documents in this archive help prepare you with the information you need to be a proactive participant in the development of a safe and efficient multi-modal transportation system.
FMATS is an ongoing
cooperative planning effort between the State of Alaska, the Fairbanks North Star Borough, and the Cities of Fairbanks and North Pole.
