In 1970 (7th grade) I received a "C" in the one and only art class I ever took. I didn't pick up a pencil or pen to draw again for nearly 40 years...until Zentangle. Now I follow several Zentangle Blogs and think of myself as an artist. Zentangle changed my entire perspective of myself in relation to art. How cool is that?

It is hard to imagine a day without a moment or more dedicated to tangling. It helps me celebrate, it helps me calm down when I am agitated, and it keeps me awake in church and through conferences.

Zentangle has helped me begin to conquer my fear of "drawing". I had no encouragement in school and took some drawing classes later in life, but was so frustrated; I even quit in the middle of one course in tears! Finding Zentangle gives me something to feel successful about and, in addition, I can FINISH something quickly which is huge for me.

I love that Zentangle is so easy but looks so hard. I can impress my friends, and yes, sometimes even impress myself! I love that it's something my daughters and I can do together. Tangling has enhanced my life in many ways, and I'm so happy to be a part of this wonderful Zentangle community!

Zentangle has greatly improved my Machine Quilting. It has also reminded me that I have a creative person within.

Last Feb I became a CZT and I have gotten so much out of teaching Zentangle. It is so wonderful to see the excitement students have when they create tiles that they are so proud of.

Thank you for the prompt (almost instant) delivery of my Zentangle Kit.
It is as beautiful as I had thought it would be. The DVD was 28 minutes of meditation just watching the patterns unfold.
I do a Zentangle a day. Each one is right, complete and soothing. I do not second guess myself and truly appreciate each unique piece.
