Got a Business Challenge? Problem-solve with 'SOS'

Thursday, May 17, 3-4pm: Whether your challenge is improving profits, exiting your business, getting a loan, finding a job, or determining where you want to go, the SOS method can help you learn to think differently about your "problems." First, determine what is really going on (your situation), then what you want to achieve (your objective), and finally, learn to think differently about how to get there (solutions). This simple system uses common language and common sense, and has benefitted both small and Fortune 500 companies.
