The Move Towards Project Comprehensiveness
For the last year or so, we have encouraged you to take a closer look at your projects to identify energy savings opportunities beyond the "low hanging fruit" typically associated with lighting.
As we continue to encourage this move toward project comprehensiveness, we have taken some significant steps to support you.
On March 7, 2012, the Authorized Participant Technical support service was launched. Read about it here.
On March 30, the Authorized Participant Training and Education support service previewed its first training session. The subject? An Orientation to Express and Customized Solutions. This training, suitable for those just getting familiar with the programs' offerings, will be offered again next month. Be on the lookout for a training invitation.
Also on March 30, and for the first time in Info Sesions' history, we invited a guest speaker to discuss how to identify and develop comprehensive energy management projects. Using his company Opto 22 (a maker of industrial controls and automation technologies) as an example, our guest spoke of the steps that allowed them to start saving energy from the get go.
