We are excited to announce the launch of the Authorized Participant Technical Support service! This exclusive service will support the early stages of your projects (pre-application submittal) to ensure quality, successful incentive applications that maximize the energy savings and incentive benefits of the Express and Customized Solutions offerings.
The phone and email-based support will answer participation process and requirements questions, solution eligibility questions, "how to" Online Application and calculation tools questions, and many other technical questions you may have as you develop your Express and Customized Solutions projects.
HOW TO START ENJOYING THIS SERVICE:
For phone support, call SCE's Energy Efficiency Call Center Operations (EECCO) at (800) 736-4777. Our SCE customer service representatives will help with you inquiry. If the nature of your question requires specialized technical support, you will be connected to the Authorized Participant Technical Support Center.
