Reminder: 2012 Info Session and Fair - Register by March 23

 

The largest, most anticipated Authorized Participant event of the year is just around the corner! Please join us Friday, March 30th at the 2012 Contractor Info Session & Fair, an in-person only event where you can hear the latest updates on SCE offerings and talk with SCE representatives one-on-one.

 

The event will be held from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm at the Sheraton Fairplex in Pomona. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't miss out! Click here to register for this event by March 23.

 

Info Session & Fair Training Opportunity

 

New to Express and Customized Solutions or feeling a little out of touch with their basic processes and requirements? Has a new employee joined the team? A special training opportunity will held from 7:30 to 8:30 am on March 30th, before the Contractor Info Session & Fair.

 

This session will provide an overview of Express and Customized Solutions requirements, processes, and the resources available to help you submit successful incentive applications.

New Support Service Begins TODAY! 

 

 

Drum roll, please.

We are excited to announce the launch of the Authorized Participant Technical Support service! This exclusive service will support the early stages of your projects (pre-application submittal) to ensure quality, successful incentive applications that maximize the energy savings and incentive benefits of the Express and Customized Solutions offerings.

The phone and email-based support will answer participation process and requirements questions, solution eligibility questions, "how to" Online Application and calculation tools questions, and many other technical questions you may have as you develop your Express and Customized Solutions projects.


 

HOW TO START ENJOYING THIS SERVICE:

For phone support, call SCE's Energy Efficiency Call Center Operations (EECCO) at (800) 736-4777. Our SCE customer service representatives will help with you inquiry. If the nature of your question requires specialized technical support, you will be connected to the Authorized Participant Technical Support Center.

IMPORTANT:

This new Technical Support service is exclusive to Authorized Participants, like you, whose projects are in the pre-application submittal stage. For inquiries regarding project applications that have already been submitted, call the EECCO at (800) 736-4777 or email [email protected].
