SEPTEMBER NEWSLETTER - 2010
Greetings!

As summer comes to a close, our families adjust to a new routine with activities and events filling up the already busy schedules. And during this change of season, we remind you to save room in those hectic daily planners for a new year of La Grange Area Newcomers and Neighbors. LGAN is more than a social group, it is an organization that reminds us who we are as individuals living in a great community! And this year we strive to remind everyone why LGAN was started, what it means to you, and how it helps us to stand out in the Western Suburbs.

There are a lot of changes coming to our group this year and many old traditions that will continue on, but we hope to focus on two things: Reaching out to our NEWCOMERS by getting them involved with our group, helping them to feel welcome and also making our presence known to our NEIGHBORS within the AREA by bringing more recognition to our fun events and charitable works. To accomplish this we need YOU, our new and old members, your participation in the events our board works hard to plan and your fresh ideas on how to help LGAN grow in positive ways that can continue on for years to come.

So as we take on the exciting position of Co-Presidents for 2010-2011, please JOIN US and help spread the word, making this an unforgettable year.
