Whole Health And Wellness
November 2009:  Issue 28
Greetings!

Hello!   hey, why is this November issue arriving so late?  And why does it look so different from ~BeWell newsletters past?

Well, change is good, but the truth is... I've been really busy doing Joyful Vegan stuff!  You know those vegan kitchen classes with five course dinners I love to host?  Well, I just bumped things up to the next level, and with the most delicious results.

I am very excited to have perfected a product that people are really happy about.  But rather than talking about it in yummy, descriptive, adjectives intended to make your mouth water, I promise to keep this short and sweet because I must get back to work in the kitchen.

It is my pleasure to officially introduce Raw Decadence! cacao truffles...

a subtle expression of complex flavors
a taste of paradise for the discerning palate
a true treat for your tastebuds
a chocolate lovers salvation

Made with highest quality superfood ingredients, 100% Raw, 100% Vegan, 100% Organic.

Yes, they are that good.

Wanna bite?

Then come on out this Saturday night and get yours!

I am super excited to be one of three very special chocolate vendors at the grand opening of ILLUMINATE, a spiritually themed dance party happening this Saturday night in New York City!

Details right here...

ILLUMINATE
~A Spiritual Dance Club

Discover the fiery lights of your authentic self
Dance the rhythms of your liberated spirit

Club culture meets Earth-based medicine in ILLUMINATE, an invitation to explore the hypnotic rhythms of your body and bring to light the lost contours and landscapes of one's own being.

Led by internationally renown Soul Healer Parashakti and her Gatekeepers (including my sisters in healing, Jennifer Varriano and CarolMarie Fiorito), with dj Fabian Alsultany, the evening will include Native American wisdom teachings from medicine woman Joan Henri, guest performers and musicians.

ILLUMINATE draws on exhilarating ceremonies, invocations, live drumming, and a world music ecstatic dance party to create a safe space in which participants can liberate their true selves and feel a sincere connection with others.

Parashakti created the shamanic Dance of Liberation, drawing from her work with Shoshone and Lakota Elders.  Concert producer, Fabian Asultany, is founder of the GlobeSonic Sound System, a traveling deejay collective that fuses traditional music, world music and modern electronica.
