Greetings!

2010 has started off with leaving my heart in San Francisco at the West Coast Fancy Food Show! What a great experience and opportunity to meet some great new customers and contacts. We were thrilled with the great response we received to our sea salts and our innovative packaging!
We have also been busy developing an entirely new line of sea salts, specifically created to compliment the exciting flavors of Pacific Rim Cuisine! It debuted in Hawaii last week and we look forward to bringing it to the mainland now.
A wonderful new salt, also included in the Gourmet Pacific Sampler is Lime Fraiche (Fresh), Key Lime infused sea salt. It was an immediate hit at the show and everyone had a different idea on where to use it, but everyone agreed their favorite margarita would undoubtedly be the best place to start!

THE GOURMET PACIFIC Being a fan of Hawaii and all of its diverse cultures and wonderful foods, we created this new sea salt sampler to compliment the dynamic flavors of the Pacific Rim Cuisine. These flavorful and beautiful sea salts bring endless possibilities of discovery and this is what a lot of "foodies" come to Hawaii for-all of the fresh local ingredients, delicious light and flavorful sauces, all inspired by the cuisines of Hawaii and the cultures around the Pacific Rim that live and visit there.
