What is it about women's hair?
Must a married woman keep her hair covered?  What are the arguments for and against?  Where did this practice originate and what is its relevance today?

Musical Instruments in the Synagogue

The Laws of Family Purity
Relevant or a relic of the past?  What are the different positions existent in the Conservative movement?

Hevruta - study with a partner - is strongly encouraged for all students including those with no prior experience in hevruta study.  Conservative Yeshiva Online students have set up hevruta study in person, by phone, and even via Skype.  The Conservative Yeshiva's course management system makes online learning easy and fun!

The Membership Reporting Form (MRF) will be sent out in May. Please be aware that USCJ is studying the dues system and exploring several other approaches.

Please contact Rabbi Charles Savenor, METNY Executive Director, with any questions at 212-533-0800 or savenor@uscj.org.
