The Neighborhood Nights series features a wide variety of free activities and entertainment right in your own backyard. Join the fun on July 14 at Wheatfield Park for music by Blues Deacons! Bring blankets and lawn chairs and watch entertainment featuring some of the most talented local music acts. On rainy days, shows are rescheduled for the following night.

Creole Dance Music at Research Park
Musicians bring Sounds from the South
 Southern Louisiana is home to its own brand of accordion-fueled, soulfully percussive, Creole-blooded dance music known as zydeco. Nathan Williams and the Zydeco Cha-Chas will celebrate these traditions of the Deep South with a fresh, fun sound during this free concert organized by Krannert Center and Fox/Atkins Development LLC! Computers for Low-Income Residents
Charitable Effort Invites Community Contributions

Financial donations are needed to support an effort to provide computers and other equipment to those in need. With help from the The Fortress of Anu Foundation, machines are recycled back to life and donated to low-income households, the elderly, non-profits, students and churches.
