The (Dreaded) Construction News!
In the Chicagoland area there are two seasons--winter and construction. One has finally ended and the other is literally beginning now!
The Eisenshower Expressway (I290) will be undergoing 27 miles of work, bringing both east and westbound traffic down to one lane.
This is not a pretty picture. IDOT is rehabbing the Congress Parkway Bridge. In addition, work is scheduled downtown for both upper and lower Wacker Drive.
As always, Executive Chauffeuring will do its very best to find alternate routes of transportation, providing you with the smoothest ride possible!
