Cal/EPA has posted an SB 14 guidance document. California's Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has announced that beginning in January 2011 it will post the SB 14 (Hazardous Waste Source Reduction) guidance manual to assist facilities with the preparation of the reports that are due September 1, 2011 for generators of 12,000 kilograms of hazardous waste or 12 kilograms of extremely hazardous waste in 2010.
