Did You Know: EPA Has Developed a Database of State-specific Universal Waste Requirements

EPA Office of Solid Waste has assembled a summary table of state-specific universal waste program requirement that is accessible through the agency's webpage.  The summary includes the adoption/authorization status of the state's program and links to the state regulations.  An overview of the state program differences and waste types managed as universal wastes is also provided.
