 We know it sounds too good to be true, but it's not. All of our Gallery Wraps will be on sale til December 31, 2010. This includes Split Image Gallery Wraps, Gallery Wrap Clusters and individual Gallery Wraps.

Our Gallery Wraps are a great way to show your clients that you offer
premium products with superior quality. When ordering a Gallery Wrap we print your image large enough to
tension stretch around the sides of the 1 �" wooden stretcher frame to
complete the "wrapped" look. The staples are on the back of the print
rather than the sides. Metal hangers and bumpers are attached to the
back making it ready to hang. All Gallery Wraps are printed directly onto the canvas and then
satin coated to prevent scratches from normal handling and to give it UV
protection. We also include your studio name on the back of each wrap. This is included in the price of the Gallery Wrap.

Even though we still have the message on SeeMyPrints.com this service has been repaired and is now fully functional for posting new events. All thumbnails for 2010 orders have been restored and re-posted.

What's new at BRI?
Are you what's new at BRI? Or possibly you're thinking about becoming a customer or maybe you're an established customer needing a refresher? If so, this article is for you. I will hit the highlights of what you will find most helpful as you begin, or continue, your adventure with Black River Imaging.
Profile Updates The information you use to create your log in is stored with us and should you need to make any changes in your studio name, address or contact person, you'll need to log in and choose the Modify Profile option on our web site. If you need to change your email address, log in with the old email and update your profile. Also, be sure to avoid order errors by opening each one of the ordering programs you use with us and updating the information so that your email matches there as well. *Note* We do not use your credit card billing address outside of the software, the billing address online is for orders and should be able to receive mail as well as your shipping address should be set up with an address that can receive carrier deliveries.
Software Downloads All of our software options are listed on the "Download Software" page. Before loading any of the programs, I encourage you to read about each program to be sure you have the one you need. Also, by checking out the information about the products you will find helpful hints to assist you.
Order Confirmations We will send out an email confirmation for every order you place with us. If you don't receive an email within a couple of hours after placing an order, you'll need to do some investigation. You can look at the Newsletter Archive for June 2 for more detailed information.
Album Manager & Approve My Album The Album Manager is a section of our web site which allows you to load your albums and books pages with the option to display them to your clients. This is a valuable tool even for the photographer that creates their own pages and/or doesn't need client approval. For all the juicy details, refer to the archived newsletter from January, 27.
Drop Shipping In each of our ordering programs we offer the option to have your order drop shipped. This is referring to the option to have the order shipped to your client rather than yourself. These orders arrive to your client without our name or your prices. They will have a packing slip only and it will include your contact information.
Expedited Shipping *Domestic addresses only* The "No charge, normal ship method" means an order will be shipped via mail if it's less than five pounds and via UPS or Fed Ex Ground if it's larger than a 16x20 or over five pounds. Should you need to have an order delivered more quickly you may opt for a one or two day method. You may visit our web site to estimate your shipping fees. In many cases, you'll see the shipping fee as a second charge on your credit card. Visit the Domestic Shipping Rates page for more information.
Saving an Order & Reopening as New After you've worked hard on an order, the last thing you want to do is lose it! There are three ways to save your orders in the ROES based programs. You begin from the Review Order screen and choose the Complete Order and Save for Sending Later via the Internet option. This will save the order in the Queue so that it can either be sent or reopened. This is explained in greater detail along with how to reopen an order in the guide located on The Learning Center or click here to download it directly.
Cancelling an Order Should you find yourself in a situation where you need to attempt to cancel an order that has already been sent/released, please contact Customer Service via phone or Live Chat as soon as possible. These remain the most reliable methods of attempting to catch an order before it goes to print. With our stream-lined production orders move very quickly once received and may not be able to be cancelled. E-mailing a request to cancel an order is the not recommended.
The Learning Center The Learning Center is a very valuable resource we have created for you. On this page, you'll find guides on ordering various products as well as video tutorials. We've also created a section entitled "Photoshop Templates for Products" which has PSD files of many of our press products and photo covers for you to download and use in your designing process along with other articles and tools. Check it out!
Newsletter Archives Missed an article? Deleted the email a little too soon? Don't worry, we've got you covered! You can review past newsletters by clicking the Newsletter Archive option in the Customer Directory you see after you've logged in on the site. Some highlights from Customer Service, not already mentioned above, include: the March 10th and April 21st editions which cover some helpful features on our web site and how to update your credit card information. The July 14th newsletter addresses the steps to follow when an order is missing and in the August 25th article I cover the upcoming Christmas season, turn around times and shipping information.
