I'M BACK!
 Hello my friends and community. I hope you have had a terrific year filled with expansion, adventure, and fulfillment. Can you believe that it has been close to 12 months since my last eNewsletter was written and sent to you? Wow.
As many of you know, I took the time off to birth and care for my beautiful daughter, Hadley Grace Mulholland, who joined us on June 23, 2010 (pictured here). Her entry into the world was simply beautiful with another natural birth experience, accompanied by her older brother (6 years old) who cut the cord! This started a special bond between the two of them that is most precious to observe. They bring each other and us so much joy and make our family feel complete.
During the past several months, I have been running into people saying "Where are your newsletters?", "When are you going to write again?" I acknowledged those nudges with thankfulness and invited my Source to show me when the time was right to re-engage. So, after several nudges from all directions, here I am!
Excitement fills me as I re-connect with you today. There is so much to share about this powerful time as we walk on our paths of human evolution. We are living in one of the most powerful and significant decades in history and I am energized and ignited about the possibilities of our individual and collective transformation.

CONSCIOUS CONVERSATIONS THIS MONDAY!

We are moving into a time called, The Great Awakening, a period in history where we are being called to realize what is vital and alive within us. We are being asked to express our light. The more light we express, the higher the frequency we will emit. The higher the frequency, the higher the vibration of our being. The higher the vibration of our being, the higher the vibration of our creation.
On Monday, April 4th, the planet Neptune will enter Aquarius (the first time in 14 years) that will support the raising of our frequencies. According to astrologists, the alignment that is occurring is one of the most spiritually positioned alignments that can occur. Please join me on this powerful day for a guided meditation and Conscious Conversation to investigate:
- At what level am I expressing my light?
- Are there any areas in my life that are keeping me from expressing my highest vibration?
- What ways can I increase my frequency?
