Raising Our Vibrations
Thank you to everyone who attended Monday night's Conscious Conversations. It was a fantastic turnout and an evening that confirmed the importance of asking good questions. Memories were stirred, values were recognized, and synchronicity was abound.
I decided to use the Spirit questions from Table Topics (a thought provoking table game that I wish I had invented) to spark conscious conversation on Spirituality. I placed a card on each table and instructed the group to answer them during their time of getting to know one another. The questions were fun, thought provoking, and deep. I noticed that questioning our path, our motivations, our lessons, and our spirituality with others created a deeper connection to ourselves and a sense of camaraderie and oneness with those in the room. A reminder that creating conscious contact with our higher power, Source, God, the Universe, or whatever you believe in is essential for discovering our true selves, our direction, and our purpose.
This week, I invite you to raise the "vibrational bar" in your conversations - whether they be at home with your family, at work with colleagues, or socializing with friends. Pose one of these questions to them and get ready for a deeper and more conscious connection. The answers may surprise you.
- Have you ever had an experience that led you to believe in angels or ghosts?
- How would your life be different if you had no fear?
- If you asked God, the Universe or whatever you believe in as your higher power - what you most need to learn, what would the answer be?
- If you were to create a new holiday what would it be and how would it be celebrated?

Raising Your Vibration
Everything in all of Creation is energy vibrating at one frequency or another. The vibratory rate determines its consciousness level.
As we get closer to the full moon (this Sunday), we have the opportunity to raise our vibration and tune into the Full Moon forces at work.
To raise your vibration, you may want to practice these things:
1 - Take a walk in nature and sense the vibration of the trees and flowers around you. Allow yourself to become in synch with their frequency.
2 - Listen to uplifting, instrumental music while sitting quietly. Focus on your breath and allow your inhale to take in the beautiful tone of the music into your cells and body.
3. Smile. Smile when you talk on the phone. Smile when you get in the car. Smile in the grocery store. Smile at your loved ones and friends. Smile at a stranger. Smiling raises your vibration. Do it more and notice how you feel.

Full Moon Meditation Circle: June 7th

The full moon is always a powerful time to go
within in, to seek our own wisdom, and connect to the Divine that is with us
always. It is a time to search for deeper meaning in our lives and to gain a
higher perspective as to our place in the Universe. The exact time of this full moon is on Sunday, June 7th at 12:12pm MST in Sagittarius (we will celebrate it in community from 6-8pm as it rises above the Park City Mountains).
Sagittarius represents idealism, optimism, the search for meaning and the union
of the spiritual and physical. It is a sacred time where we can actively
participate in bringing heaven to earth. We are invited to tune into the forces
of Sagittarius and consciously lean toward optimism and enthusiasm for our
lives - choosing a path of hope and abundance for ourselves, our families and
loved ones, and the world at large.
This full moon evokes our innate potential for going beyond
limiting beliefs and perceptions and asks us to be with friends that inspire us
to be the best we can be. We are invited
to declare our independence from limitations and unhealthy habits that keep our
minds stagnant and numb. As the traditional sign of the future, Sagittarius
calls us to have big aspirations, opening our sense of purpose and awareness of
the messages and signs that the Universe sends our way.
