• We are thrilled to kick off our fall season and explore African American History. Ladies come ready to explore America I AM: The African American Imprint, a four year touring museum exhibition that celebrates nearly 500 years of African American contributions to this country!

• GEMS/JEWELS invites you to our final event of the season! In remembrance of a world icon, Michael Jackson; we will celebrate individuality, as we encourage you to have a positive impact on the lives of others

• Please join us for our upcoming Health and Fitness Workshop for Girls! Come ready to learn and participate as we explore healthy eating habits, fitness, wellness and most importantly how to have fun, get moving and celebrate the wonderful girls that we are!
• GEMS/Jewels Dove Self Esteem Workshop - April 18th
• G.E.M.S and Jewels Empowerment Group, and the Dove® Self-Esteem Fund are proud to be hosting this local event to address these issues! Dove Self-Esteem Workshop for Girls - designed to empower girls and promote new ways of thinking about beauty, body image and self-esteem with positive self-esteem building discussions and activities
• GEMS/Jewels Skating Social -March 20th and 21st
• In honor of Women's History Month in March we've decided to kick off our first social event with some skating and fun as we explore and celebrate this special month! Come ready to skate, discuss and learn about awesome women who made a difference! (For this event please have girls research and pick out a famous woman in history and be ready to briefly share with us what makes her great!
• Discovering You Workshop - February 21st
• Come join us for an afternoon of exploration, creativity and fun as we create vision boards and learn about our dreams/ passions. We will also do goal setting activities and get to know our new and old members!! Refreshments will be served.
