Please join us for our upcoming Health and Fitness Workshop for Girls! Come ready to learn and participate as we explore healthy eating habits, fitness, wellness and most importantly how to have fun, get moving and celebrate the wonderful girls that we are!
Our workshop will be lead by Linecia Gilmore founder of a wonderful new empowerment group/movement for women, I Am Michelle Obama.com (Website: www.Iammichelleobama.com be sure to join her free online community) The Mission of I Am Michelle Obama.com is to increase the awareness of positive images and beliefs of women and girls by identifiying with the "American Dream" as exemplified through the image and life of the First Lady to the 44th President, Michelle Obama.
Ms. Gilmore participated as a panelist during last month's G.E.M.S/Jewels Dove Self Esteem Workshop and has a passion for fitness/nutrition and empowering our next generation of girls.

Come dressed in comfortable loose fitting clothing, tennis shoes are required! Water and snacks will be provided.
