Holiday Preview Dickens, RA 12 Days of Christmas and more!
It's never too early to be thinking about preparing for the holidays. Retro Active is no different! This year, we have a few new things in store! For the first time, we will be participating in the Annual Dickens Christmas Show And Festival at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center November 8-11. Our booth will include an array of unique gift ideas for all ages and interests on your Holiday shopping list! DC and Marvel Comics, A Christmas Story, Christmas Vacation and Big Bang Theory are just a few of the major licenses we'll have products from! We'll even be serving Leg Lamp-shaped cookies, while supplies last! AND, we'll have the cookie cutters available for purchase. You could have the coolest cookies at your next holiday cookie exchange party!! So mark your calendars now to come by and see us, at the very least, just to laugh at us in our 19th Century Victorian-themed costumes! Also, for those that have been participating in our Facebook Retro Active 12 Days of Christmas, we will be having a contest this year, but the format will be changed (thank you, Facebook...NOT!) Some of the focus will come through the Newsletter with hints and some NL-specific prizes. Also, we will have options for locals to participate directly in our store in Myrtle Beach. There will still be some Facebook and Twitter prizes as well. We are still working out some of the details, but it should still prove to be a lot of fun!! And we give cool prizes! Don't forget, Black Friday, in-store specials all weekend! We will also have a special online discount code in the November NL that will be valid only for that weekend! And, of course, free baked goods, hot apple cider and hot cocoa, while supplies last!
