March is National Nutrition Month! |
Hello!
Now that the weather is warming up and we now have longer days, this is a key time to start adding some activity and new healthy goals to your life.
- Make a goal to take a walk or do yard work so many days a week.
- Try the farmers market for some fresh produce and cost savings.
- Get out the grill and start enjoying the nice weather outside.
- Consider planting some herbs to have some fresh spices to recipes (cilantro is real easy to grow).
- Do a round of spring cleaning.
- Clean out the closets of all the clothes that no longer fit.
