* It is not wise to self-treat corns, calluses or ingrown toe nails * Trim nails straight across & emery board any sharp edges * Keep between your toes dry to ward off possible infection * Avoid crossing your legs, it limits circulation to your feet * Make sure your footwear breathes, especially if you are prone to athletes foot.
