IHELP CALENDAR CHANGE
There have been many requests about adding the meals to the IHELP Calendar. This was a topic of interest at the last IHELP meeting also. Sam has added a space to the Calendar that says Serving. We will add the main dish in this space once we receive the information. We are asking that each Meal Facilitator email Sam Sumner or Kathy Estrada the main dish information as soon as possible. If you forget to send this before the meal you can send it the next day. Tis will create the ability to look back on the calendar to see what has been served so duplication won't take place in the future. Thank you for your participation. We appreciate all you do for IHELP guests. |

HEARTY MEALS WARM THE HEART
The cool weather provides challenges for our IHELP clients. Beside needing warm weather clothing items they need a warm and hearty meal to sustain them through the night. Now that the weather has changed, we can also provide lunch meat in our snack bags. Once or twice a month we have open meal dates that need to be filled. Your participation greatly warms the hearts of our IHELP guests. We truly thank you for creating a warm and loving environment as Kevin so eloquently expressed in his Volunteer poem. |

For questions contact Beth at 480-350-5884 or click on the flyer. |
TCAA 6th Annual Holiday Toy Shoppe
TCAA's 6th Annual Holiday Toy Shoppe sponsored by
is underway. The planning continues as we schedule volunteers. We are thankful to our volunteers and our volunteer coordinator, Darlene. Thank Michael for all you've done! If you would like to volunteer to help in the Toy Shoppe, please contact Darlene. If you would like to do a Toy Drive with your business or in your community, please contact Kathy
For the past several years TCAA has teamed up with IKEA. IKEA allows TCAA to use their space for our Toy Shoppe. We have the opportunity to partner together to supply toys making the holidays brighter for many children, and our IHELP clients. Thank you to the Piper Foundation for providing items needed for IHELP clients in the IHELP Program! |

"TEAM TCAA" Needs You!
Join "Team TCAA" and run or walk in "The Mayor's Run"/PF Chang Marathon/Half Marathon. If you can't run or walk in the marathon you can raise funds for IHELP participants
that are walking in the half marathon. There are five IHELP Half Marathon Walkers that Need Your Help! This is a fun and healthy way to raise awareness about the IHELP program and raise funds along the way.
Other ways to sponsor a guest:
$100 Registration Fee
$250 Participant Sponsorship
$400 IHELP Sponsorship**
The proceeds of these sponsorships will go to the Interfaith Homeless Emergency Lodging Program ~ IHELP. Mayor Hallman matches each donation! Every dollar counts, no amount is too large or too small. Please contact Kathy if you are interested in being a part of this exciting team by participating in the marathon, or by sponsoring a team member! Registrations are going on now, jump in on the fun! Go "Team TCAA!" Thank you for your consideration. |
