Dear Friends,

our motivation to further the mission of the Foundation increases day by day as we witness success stories from the children we support around the world.  Khwanchanok, a 16 year old girl from a hill-tribe village in Northern Thailand, is one example among thousands.  She comes from a very poor family and both her parents have died recently.  Thanks to the Foundation's Scholarship, Khwanchanok has been able to complete secondary school and is now enrolled in professional school in Chiang Rai, following a degree in accounting, and she has also completed an internship in a company as part of the school curriculum.  "I am very happy to study in this professional school because I can study accounting which is my dream subject. At school I also have a chance to study English, computer, and physical education. I have many new friends here. I expect to find an accounting job after I finish professional school."

For the underprivileged children and young adolescents, the Foundation's scholarship program is a  means of empowerment and escape from the very real dangers of exploitation and trafficking which extremely poor families in Northern Thailand face. It is possible to change for the better the fate of each of these children with only Euro 200 per year.

For this holiday season, consider making a donation to improve the living conditions of underprivileged children and help us reach out to more children in need!

100% of your donation will go directly to support scholarship and infrastructure projects on location.

Please consult this link to make a donation today,

No matter how small a donation, every contribution can have a real impact on changing the lives of underprivileged children.

Thanks again for your continued support!

Best regards,

Pistorio Foundation

Bata Shoe Donation

We would like to thank whole heartedly Bata and Bata Children's Foundation for their very generous donation of 500 pairs of shoes for the underprivileged children we support in Northern Thailand.  Every year, our children on scholarship receive shoes, uniforms, backpacks, school supplies, transport to school, medical check-ups and one meal a day in school as well as personal hygiene supplies such as soap and toothbrushes.  The donation of shoes is an important component of our scholarship, and allows us to reinvest savings from the shoes in new scholarships and school infrastructure projects.

GlaxoSmithKline Caps Donation

Thank you to GlaxoSmithKline Thailand for the donation of 50 children caps and cloth bags.
