With Deep Gratitude
I write to express my deepest gratitude for the love and support you have shown to me and my family after the death of my mother. Whether it was a phone call or text, a card, food or flowers, a hug or a handshake, and especially for all of your prayers, thank you for all you have done and continue to do.
I appreciate the people of Fountain City UMC for hosting a time for me and my family to receive friends. The clergy and staff of Randy Frye, Amy Aycock, John Gargis and Ralph Paden were most helpful in making that opportunity be the healing time it was.
Mom worked at Holston Home for Children for over thirty-seven years. She was a bookkeeper and though she was not directly involved with the children and families cared for by the Home, she was thankful to be a part of that ministry. Be assured that the lives touched through that place is also part of your ministry as a United Methodist in Holston Conference. I encourage you to continue to support them in any way you can.
You have seen and heard me share before that one of the many ways God is present with us is through the people of God. Thank you so much for being the very presence of Christ for me in these days.

Love, Grace & Peace,
Nathan Malone
