Exposition Centennial Exhibits
Extended into the new year
Good news! Due to their popularity, we have extended the run of three exhibits that celebrate the 1915 Panama-California Exposition centennial on view throughout the historic Marston House Museum & Gardens in Balboa Park. The shows will remain through Monday, January 11, 2016.

Advocacy Notes

SOHO is further developing our speaker program for groups to take better advantage of outreach and education opportunities, and we're using approaches that may surprise you. Our message has always been that historic preservation fits easily into many aspects of the business community and into people's lives; they simply may not always recognize it. Each presentation is an opportunity to interest new people in SOHO's mission by making it fresh and relevant to them.

Update on the Whaley House

If you haven't visited the Whaley House Museum lately, you are in for a treat. Upstairs, downstairs, and in the Whaley & Crosthwaite General Store, SOHO's curatorial team has been working on the building and its collections.
